Abrecco are recruiting a Helpdesk Manager for a respected client. You will have 3yrs+ experience supervising, mentoring and training Helpdesk Analysts is a busy technical support environment. Essential skills include:
?« Windows Server*Desktop Support (2000*2003, MS Exchange etc) ?« MS Office suite ?« 1st*2nd line support of Corporate LAN*WAN ?« Linux Troubleshooting and Support ?« Well-versed in a major Helpdesk System (eg Royal Blue, Unicentre, HEAT)
Any ITIL knowledge*qualifications would be beneficial, ideally in Service Delivery and Support. This is a varied and interesting opportunity for someone looking for further their career in Helpdesk Management. Please send you CV in confidence for consideration.
